Due to the nature of our artisanal products, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy on all items. We urge you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Severe Damage or Defect Claims

We understand that rarely, an item may arrive with severe defects or damage during transit. If you believe your item has a severe issue, we have a specialized evaluation process:

• You must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• We will arrange a mandatory video call to visually inspect and evaluate the severity of the damage directly with you.
• Please have the original packaging and the damaged item ready for the video call assessment.

Resolution via Coupons

In any case where a refund is deemed necessary and verified during the video call, we will not issue a cash refund. The refund will exclusively be issued in the form of a voucher coupon. This store coupon code will be equivalent to a mutually agreed-upon value and can be applied towards any future purchases on our website.
